Established in 2010, AIEGLE is an industry-leading whole-house custom cabinetry and architectural woodwork manufacturer. Operating a 250,000 m² Industry 4.0 production base, we empower global developers, architectural studios, and brand partners with scalable fabrication, millimeter tolerance, and certified export-grade reliability.
Supported by a technical workforce of over 1,000 specialists and engineers, AIEGLE operates 30 automated production lines, including 10 advanced smart robotic lines equipped with German HOMAG and IMA machinery. We deliver end-to-end casework and architectural millwork solutions spanning precision kitchen systems, walk-in closets, TV units, interior doors, and architectural wall paneling—serving global developers and luxury brands across 56+ countries.
Exceptional millwork begins with absolute substrate stability. AIEGLE enforces strict incoming material inspections—verifying thickness tolerances (±1 mm), surface diagonal flatness, and moisture content before warehousing. To permanently eliminate panel warping, surface cracking, and delamination across divergent global climates, boards enter our dedicated 26-meter-high automated storage warehouse for a mandatory 15-day secondary static conditioning cycle. Only fully stabilized panels are released into fabrication.
From raw sheet sorting, nesting, and sizing to laser/PUR edge-banding and multi-axis CNC drilling, our robotic production lines run on uninterrupted digital intelligence. Equipped with our exclusive automated squaring-up capability, the line cuts panels at an absolute 90-degree angle, eliminating diagonal deviations. This micron-level precision ensures uniform door gaps, square carcasses, and tight seamless joints. Finished boards undergo automated intelligent laser inspection followed by a 100% piece-by-piece manual surface audit before packing.
For overseas projects, after-sales rework, lead times, and local labor costs are excessively high. To guarantee zero risk on-site, AIEGLE conducts comprehensive full finished-goods inspections before dispatch, eliminating potential issues across design, craftsmanship, stress-bearing, and fitting tolerances. We perform upright assembly inspection for pre-assembled cabinetry—allowing units to be simply unboxed and placed directly into position. For knock-down (KD) shipments, full flat-lay assembly inspection is executed to verify dimensions, hole positions, edge-banding, and hardware quantities piece by piece.
Our automated packing lines and smart warehousing systems run on full digital intelligence. Panels are robotic-arm sorted with rigorous barcode scanning to verify exact quantities. To prevent transit damage and on-site confusion, we implement a Three-Tier Labeling Protocol: Level 1 panel QR codes, Level 2 outer carton blueprints (detailing project, unit type, floor level, and cabinet zone), and Level 3 pallet manifests. We offer three custom packaging solutions—knock-down (KD) with foam edge protection, pre-assembled wrap, and full wooden crates—with container stuffing prioritized by unit, floor, and zone for direct dock-to-room delivery.
